Welcome to the home page of the ePainQ pilot study. This research project is funded by a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research for Patient Benefit (RfPB) grant (NIHR206384).
ePainQ stands for the electronic reporting of pain using Quality of Life questionnaires.
The aim is to develop an integrated web-system for patients to report symptoms and side effects during and after surgery for breast cancer. Data that is reported by patients using the web-system may be used in clinical consultations. Where patients report mild side effects they will receive advice on how to manage them and when to seek timely medical advice.
